Membership application

Limited Family Social Member - Adult children of a current member (Social, Senior, or Life). There is a limited membership term of up to five years as long as the sponsoring parent remains a member or unless sponsoring parent member passes away in which case the adult child may continue the membership for the remainder of the specified five year period. This membership has the same benefits as a Social member with dues being approximately 1/2 that of a Social Member.

Membership application

"Single" Social Member - A single adult who has no children living in their household. This membership has the same benefits as a Social Member with dues costing approximately 35% less than a Social Membership.

Social Member - A social member is a non-boating member with full clubhouse, swimming pool, social, dining, and grounds privileges, but without a furnished dock space.

Membership application

Senior Member - Each senior (boating) member is furnished with a dock space with full boating, clubhouse, swimming pool, social, dining, and grounds privileges. Normally those wishing to become a senior member join as a social member to establish seniority for the dock drawing held each February. The initiation fee of social membership is credited towards a higher initiation fee when moving to a higher level of membership.

Initiation fee: $2500 (one time)
Annual dues: $1650
